Milk-1 cup

Oil-1/4 cup

Baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon

Salt-a pinch

Vanilla Essence - 1/2 teaspoon

Cocoa powder-2 tablespoons

Whipped cream-1 cup

Chocolate ganache - 1/4 cup


How to prepare Crepe Cake

Step-1.  In a dry bowl add all the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt).

Step-2.  Make a hole in the center and add the eggs, the oil and the vanilla essence; mix gently with a hand mixer.

Step-3.  Add the milk little by little and make a dough without lumps.

Step-4.  Heat a nonstick skillet with little oil.

Step-5.  Pour in a ladle of batter (just under 1/4 cup) and make a thin crepe. make 10-11 crepes.

Step-6.  Let it cool completely.

Step-7.  Cut the crepes into the correct circle with the help of a circle-shaped object. (watch video)

Step-8.  Apply whipped cream between the crepes as a thin layer and top with chocolate ganache.

Finally   Refrigerate for an hour to set and slice.
