Dry Prawns Coconut Chutney

Dry Prawns Coconut Chutney
Ingredients:
Dried prawns- 1 cup
Dry red chilly-5 to 7 nos (increase or decrease depending on your tolerance to spices)
Curry leaves-1 spring
Shallot / small onion-3 nos
Ginger-1 small piece
Shredded coconut - 3/4 cup
Tamarind - 1/2 lemon-sized ball (without seeds)
Salt to taste
Coconut oil-2 teaspoons
Preparation:
Clean and wash the dried prawns well. (If you want, remove the tail and head).
Dry roast shrimp washed over low heat for a few minutes (about 3-5 minutes) until crisp (the texture that you can easily break with your hands)
Take it out and in the same pan add the dried curry leaves and the cold red.
Dry roast for about 4-5 minutes.
In a blender; Add dry roasted red kidney beans, curry leaves, shrimp, ginger, shredded coconut, tamarind, and salt.
Blend for a minute or until all the ingredients are well mixed and crushed.
Cover it with coconut oil and mix well.
