Cloud computing services - Google product

Google Cloud Platform (GCP) - Cloud computing services

Google Cloud Platform, offered by Google, is a set of cloud computing services that run on the same infrastructure that Google uses internally for its end-user products such as Google Search, Gmail, Google Drive, and YouTube.

Google Cloud Platform (GCP) - Cloud computing services

Google Cloud Platform is a set of public cloud computing services offered by Google. The platform includes a variety of hosted services for compute, storage, and application development that run on Google hardware. Software developers, cloud administrators, and other company IT professionals can access Google Cloud Platform services over the public Internet or through a dedicated network connection.

Google Cloud Platform Offerings Overview

Google Cloud Platform offers compute, storage, networking, big data, machine learning, and Internet of Things (IoT) services, as well as cloud management, security, and development tools. Google Cloud Platform's main cloud computing products include:

Google Compute Engine, which is an infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) offering that provides users with virtual machine instances for hosting workloads.

Google App Engine, which is a platform-as-a-service (PaaS) offering that gives software developers access to Google's scalable hosting. Developers can also use a software development kit (SDK) to develop software products that run on App Engine.

Google Cloud Storage, which is a cloud storage platform designed to store large sets of unstructured data. Google also offers database storage options, including Cloud Datastore for NoSQL non-relational storage, Cloud SQL for MySQL fully relational storage, and Google's native Cloud Bigtable database.

Google Container Engine, which is a management and orchestration system for Docker containers that runs inside the Google public cloud. Google Container Engine is based on the Google Kubernetes container orchestration engine.

Google Cloud Platform offers application development and integration services. For example, Google Cloud Pub/Sub is a real-time, managed messaging service that allows messages to be exchanged between applications. Additionally, Google Cloud Endpoints allows developers to create services based on RESTful APIs and then make those services accessible to Apple iOS, Android, and JavaScript clients. Other offerings include Anycast DNS servers, direct networking, load balancing, monitoring and logging services.

Top level google cloud services

Google continues to add high-end services, such as those related to big data and machine learning, to its cloud platform. Google's big data services include those for data processing and analysis, such as Google BigQuery for SQL-like queries performed on multi-terabyte data sets. Additionally, Google Cloud Dataflow is a data processing service for analytics; extract, transform, and load (ETL); and computational projects in real time. The platform also includes Google Cloud Dataproc, which offers Apache Spark and Hadoop services for big data processing.

Google app engine

Build highly scalable applications on a fully managed serverless platform.

New customers get $300 in free credits to spend on Google Cloud for the first 90 days. All Google Cloud customers get 28 instance hours per day free of charge.

Scale your applications from scratch to planetary scale without having to manage infrastructure

Free your developers with zero server administration and zero configuration deployments

Stay agile with support for popular development languages and a variety of developer tools

Open and familiar languages and tools

Quickly build and deploy applications using popular languages or bring your own runtimes and language frameworks. You can also easily manage resources from the command line, debug source code, and run API back ends.

just add code

Focus on writing code without having to manage the underlying infrastructure. Protect your applications from security threats with firewall capabilities, IAM rules, and managed SSL/TLS certificates.

Pay only for what you use

Operate in a server less environment without worrying about over or under provisioning. App Engine automatically scales based on your application traffic and consumes resources only when your code is running.

key features

Popular programming languages

Build your app in Node.js, Java, Ruby, C#, Go, Python, or PHP, or bring your own language runtime.

open and flexible

Custom runtimes allow you to bring any library and framework into App Engine by providing a Docker container.

fully managed

A fully managed environment allows you to focus on code while App Engine handles infrastructure issues.

Google data studio

Google Data Studio is an online tool for turning data into customizable dashboards and reports released by Google on March 15, 2016 as part of the Google Analytics 360 business suite. In May 2016, Google announced a free version of Data Studio for individuals and small teams.

Google Data Studio is part of the Google Marketing Platform.

Google Keyword Planner

Google Keyword Planner : Keyword research is a practice used by search engine optimization (SEO) professionals to find and research the search terms that users enter into search engines when looking for products, services, or general information. Keywords are related to the queries that users make in search engines. There are three types of queries: 1. Navigational search queries 2. Informational search queries 3. Transactional search queries. Search engine optimization professionals first research keywords and then align web pages with these keywords to achieve better search engine rankings. Once they find a niche keyword, they expand it to find similar keywords. Keyword suggestion tools often help with the process, such as Google Ads Keyword Planner, which offers a thesaurus and alternative keyword suggestions. Google's own data also helps in this research through features like Google autocomplete, related searches, or People Also Ask.

Google offers free tools to do some basic keyword analysis. All results are based on data from the Google search engine.

Google recently released an update to the Google Keyword Planner and changes part of their policy that the first campaign must be set up to retrieve the Keyword Planner. This is a type of Google Ads account used by agencies and consultants to manage many different ad accounts.

Google Ads Keyword Planner Features

Get search volume estimates for the keyword.

Generate new keywords by combining different keyword lists.

Create new keyword variations based on the main keyword.

Please provide keywords used for websites - useful for competitor analysis.

Limitations of Google Ads Keyword Planner:

Hide long-tail keyword data as the tool is made for Google Ads and not for SEO purposes.

It is possible that the device generates keywords that do not produce good results, since the tool is aimed at advertisers and not SEO.

Displayed search volume received a change in 2016, Google began limiting exit options to advertisers (or accounts) with little or no monthly spend.
