Eating something cheesy is always a pleasure!! Here is a great idea for a delicious breakfast menu. It's just pizza paratha. Try these paratha at home and add your favorite vegetable or non-vegetable filling inside. Here I used scrambled egg along with the vegetables. You can replace it with shredded chicken or paneer.

In a bowl knead the wheat flour adding enough salt, olive oil and hot water until smooth.

Cover it and let it sit until everything else (stuffing) is done.

Heat a frying pan with a teaspoon of olive oil; add the chopped vegetables and sauté for a minute adding salt.

Turn off the heat by adding oregano and cold flakes.

Roll the dough into a large thin circle using a rolling pin and dusting with flour.

Spread the pizza sauce evenly over it leaving the edges.

Spread the sautéed vegetable filling on the middle of the paratha.

Add scrambled eggs followed by mozzarella cheese on top of the vegetable mixture.

Now grease some water (if necessary) on the edges of the paratha and cover it like a crescent.

Seal the edges with a fork or your hands.

Heat a frying pan with a little olive oil.

Cook the paratha over medium-low heat until both sides are golden brown and cooked through. (add another teaspoon of oil when turning to the other side).

Cut the paratha into two or three pieces and serve hot with a little tomato sauce.
